Client Support Services Manager

My client is a leading provider of electronic trading platforms and other technical tools to the financial services industry, and they are looking for a team lead/manager for their client support services team. You will be responsible for providing business and technical supports to the firm's clients while also managing the 6 member team on a day to day basis. This role requires very close contact with the firm's clientele to ensure a smooth support service is provided, while you will also be involved in ad hoc projects and new software installations.

Who we're looking for
Experience within a similar role managing at least 2 -3 people, preferably within the financial services industry
Solid experience dealing with and supporting an external client base.
A broad and sound technical skill set to incorporate desktop support and client/server production environments
Knowledge of electronic trading platforms/trade life cycle is desired, however not essential.
