Working as part of the management team , you will be responsible for thecreation and implementation of the people development strategy. You will work closely with business leaders to identify how best HR can support the achievement of the business aims and also shape and execute the HR delivery plan. You will also maintain an HR business plan, develop HR strategies and undertake specific project work against strategic objectives.
Who we're looking for
You will have excellent interpersonal, planning and organisationalskills and ideally be CIPD qualified. You will have a proven track record and experience of a broad generalist HR Business Partner role. Moreover, you will be ableto display strength in change management, organisational development and HR projects. You willbe commercially minded and very business facing andyou will also possess the gravitas and credibility to deal with key internal stakeholders.
