As the Buying Administrator you will provide support to the Buying & Merchandising team to enable the team to achieve terms and conditions to a timescale, and to analyse data and raise invoices supporting the Buying Director's PA in line with targets. To provide general administrative support to the team as directed by Buying Director and PA. To provide support to the Buying Director to enable team to achieve promotional deadlines, analyse data and carry out competitor reviews to enable achievement of sales and margin targets.
Who we're looking for
• Computer literate with keyboard skills.
• Educated in Computer skills and high level of numeracy
• Attitude & Personality - Adaptable with an open minded approach.
• Educated to A level standard or equivalent Computer literate with background in analysing data.
• Willingness to work together in a team and help others.
• Positive and pro-active attitude to changing demands and priorities as required.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to set own priorities.
