As General Manager you will be accountable for the successful operation of the site in conjunction with the Site Director. You will have multi unit responsibility in a high volume branded environment with the personality to match!
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a confident, assertive and demanding individual, who would class themselves as a highly motivated self starter. You must be capable of managing a very large team of people in a way that achieves one common goal. You will have a passion for delivering good customer service and also high standards across every element of the site.
This role would ideally suit an existing Area manager from a high volume food service or retails environment.
About our client
An expanding and evolving provider of motorway service sites, our client currently supplies its customers with a huge choice of convenience or sit down food alternatives at its sites. The company is looking to strengthen these offerings through investing in their estate and management infrastructure.
