This market leading organisation now seeks an excellent HR generalist to join its pragmatic and thriving HR department. Reporting to the Area HR Manager you will champion all HR activity within one section of the business and be the responsible for delivering a first class service to all the employees across the multi site structure. Your role will look after the following:
• All aspects of Employee Relations including Disciplinary and Grievance issues and engagement of colleagues•
• Working to reduce sickness and absence through proactive methodology
• Providing accurate information on employment law
• Representing HR in organisational change and change management processes including TUPE, acquisitions and redundancies
• Full cycle training and development exposure
• Delivering HR projects to the benefit of the business and assist it reach its wider goals
• Succession and resource planning
• Dealing with Trade Union issues
• Supporting the development of a HR Assistant
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a strong HR Business Partner who is capable across the HR spectrum. You will be of graduate calibre and ideally be CIPD qualified. You will be adaptable to change and be able to think commercially and pragmatically. Knowledge of unionised environments would be advantageous and the ability to engage and interact at senior level is essential.
