This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Part Time HR Manager with a wealth of Human Resources experience to join a national Not for Profit organisation. This organisation works for a very worth while cause and are looking for an ethical HR Professional to join their team. You will implement the people strategy across the organisation in the UK and will hold budget responsibility for HR and Learning & Development.Working with Senior Managers you will develop local initiatives and deliver HR services by providing professional HR advice and coaching and supporting Managers as necessary. You will have a team of Senior HR Advisors reporting into you and will have overall responsibility for recruitment, training, performance management and ER.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Part Time HR Manager with a professional Human Resources qualification. You must be able to commute to the West Midlands on a daily basis. Leadership skills are essential as well as the ability to see the bigger picture within an organisation. The role is a job share and you will be required to work around 18 hours per week.
