The position will focus on productivity and cost reduction across the production facility. You will be overseeing a labour intensive production facility and associated sub assembly lines, driving people to support a quickly expanding successful business, within a very lean focused culture.

Who we're looking for
• You must have a background within a precision engineering or fabrication environment and have detailed knowledge of associated processes such as coded welding and batch manufacturing.
• The ability to drive people to the best of their ability.
• Proven production manager - managing teams in excess of 50 individuals.
• Excellent understanding of Kaizen and 5S principles.
• The ability to lead with the vision to help develop a production strategy.
• A track record of over achievement within a labour intensive environment.
