The objective of the role is to ensure the successful running of the store, taking full accountabilityin the store managers absence which will help ensure the growth of the store and maintaining high performance.

Who we're looking for
Existing Assistant Manager in fashion or lifestyle brand. Key attributes include strong commerciality, focus on P&L and proven track record in leading people. The person will have a shared passion for the values of this company and will ideally have an interest in the outdoor lifestyle.
