You will be responsible for the delivery of a major addition to the London skyline managing the timely delivery of this iconic building. You will be responsible for leading the Commercial team through the pre-construction and delivery phases providing strong management of both your team and the client relationship. You will take a lead role within the conceptual stages controlling contractor selection, input to design evaluation and agreeing cost plans. Through the delivery stages you will work closely with the Project Director ensuring budgets are adhered to and having responsibility for the projects commercial success.
Who we're looking for
You will have experience of managing and a proven track record of delivering large value, complex, high rise, mixed use developments either in the UK or abroad. You will have a thorough understanding of the space implications of working in Central London. You will already be working for a Main Contractor in a Senior Commercial Management or Director capacity.
