Project Design Director

You will be responsible for the delivery of a major addition to the London skyline managing the timely delivery of this iconic building. You will be responsible for leading the Design team through the pre-construction and delivery phases providing strong management of both your team and the client relationship. You will take a lead role within the conceptual stages evaluating contractor selection, controlling design evaluation, value engineering and aiding in cost and programme plans. Through the delivery stages you will work closely with the Project Director ensuring programmes are adhered to and having responsibility for the projects technical success.
Who we're looking for
You will have experience of managing and a proven track record of delivering large value, complex, high rise, mixed use developments either in the UK or abroad. You will have a thorough understanding of the space implications of working in Central London. You will already be working for a Main Contractor in a Senior Design Management or Directors capacity.
