The Group Operational Analyst will be responsible for delivering and maintaining an operational fact base throughout the business as well as driving improvement across core KPI's through process, technology and capacity management.
You will be responsible for providing analytical support and project implementation skills, to enable the development of the operational infrastructure. You will also deliver process and infrastructure improvements while proactively identifying areas of opportunity for further development.
Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will have experience of:
Implementing an operational factbase for a business unit.
Demonstrating the ability to personally implement process and technology improvements.
Implementation of lean or six sigma projects.
Managing forecasting (supply and demand) in a dynamic, fast moving organisation.
Use of SQL/BRIO appropriate data mining tools.
