My client is currently recruiting for Quantity Surveyors to work on 2 projects across the Southern region. You will be responsible for CVR's, sub-contract payments, monthly reports and final accounts. The projects include both new-build and refurbishment elements, one being a call centre and the other a college.
Who we're looking for
Ideally you will be working for a Main Contractor as an Intermediate Surveyor or above. You will have the experience to be able to manage the commercial aspects of a project up to £30m. You will be happy to travel across the Southern Counties with specific focus on the Southampton and Portsmouth areas.
About our client
My client is a leading Regional Contractor operating across the public and private sectors. They carry out new-build and refurbishment works on contracts ranging from £2m to £200m across the Southern Region.
