As Project Director you will be responsible for delivery the scheme on time and to budget with full responsibility for programme management, client liaison and the ultimate profitability of the project. The schemes range from major retail led mixed use schemes to BSF Education projects to both PFI and Private Healthcare developments.
Who we're looking for
You will already be working for a Main Contractor in a Senior Operations role. You will have a successful track record of delivering high value, complex projects to either public sector or blue chip organisations.

Our client are a leading Main Contractor with a global presence operating throughout the building and civil engineering markets.
