Experienced Senior HR Advisor required support a business area of c800 people, offering a full generalist service as well as taking the initiative on projects and new initiatives.
Responsibilities within the role will include;
• Assisting in the formation of the HR strategy and implement agreed initiatives throughout the business
• Providing proactive advice and support to managers in dealing with complex people issues
• Working with business managers to reduce absence levels
• Coaching line managers to improve the level of people management practices
• Taking a commercial and proactive approach to supporting your business area
• Developing and implementing talent management and development initiatives
Who we're looking for
My client is looking for the following experience and attributes
• CIPD qualified
• HR generalist, with proven experience of taking the initiative on projects, new initiatives etc
• Experience in operating a multi site role
• A proactive individual with strong coaching and relationship building skills
• TUPE
•Strong ER experience<BR>• Happy with a Birmingham base and travel to other sites
