Responsible for managing and servicing clients in own portfolio including dealing with client related administrative tasks such as billing.
Performance Management of audit/ accounts team
Develop and coach the team - including:
• dealing with staff reviews
• providing constructive feedback to team members
• provides feedback to partners on more junior team members
• assists with training the team on charity audit and accounts matters
Responsible for ensuring administration of the department is kept up to date, for example dealing with the planning board
Responsible for reviewing the work of others and acting as a quality control
Liaise and communicate with other departments
Who we're looking for
Good technical knowledge of charity audit and accounts
Ensures technical knowledge is up to date
Ability to do technical research
Attention to detail
Able to prioritise workload
Able to offer good advice to clients
Maintains excellent client relations
Ability to understand the clients needs
Ability to work with a number of partners both in St Albans and London offices
Respected and approachable member of the team
