Reporting to the Director of Digital your main objective is to ensure that the e-commerce technology, systems and process that drive all the marketing communications are world class and deliverseamless sales / profit. This will include;
delivery of on-line campaigns, tools and projects to the banks direct channels.
contribute to the strategic development of the direct channels and will define, shape, influence and direct the development of propositions.
Seek opportunities to improve customer access to(on-line) products and services so that a consistent customer service is

Who we're looking for
You have proven E-Commerce experience within a large complex environment with a focus on the systems and processes that drive capability of the area. Knowledge and understanding of new channel technology, including alternative delivery channels, and the impact on customer contact/buying behaviour, together with extensive knowledge and understanding of external market forces. They will be a little more than familiar with the product development life cycle and demonstrate how this transcends into the digital world.
