Right now we have a fantastic opportunity for a Project/Events Manager to join a brilliant sports based operation focussed on Rugby. This is an exciting and interesting role which will see you primarily responsible for the successful management and co-ordination of an annual global convention highlighting the sport.

As Project Manager you will manage the project plan, ensuring that tasks are efficiently allocated, prioritised and completed. You will also liaise with clients, sponsors, partners and ambassadors building strong relationships and working closely with them to ensure a successful event. This is a hands on and involved role which will also see you attending board meetings, conducting research and general administration work such as presentations, contracts and other documentation.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for this role will be a sports enthusiast who has a strong interesting rugby but any interest in sport is essential. You will be a proactive individual, who has the conscientious ability the manage their own workload and deliver results. To be successful in this role you will:

• Possess energy, enthusiasm and a drive to succeed
• Have a strong academic background and ideally be educated to degree level
• Have prior experience using MS Office packages
• Be articulate and possess natural intelligence
• Be able to multi-task, prioritise and have strong organisational skills
