The role will involve:
• All aspects of employment law (both contentious and non-contentious) but with a particular focus on corporate and commercial real estate support work, including advising in connection with the employment aspects of share acquisitions and disposals, business transfers, contracting out and in, director appointments and terminations, share schemes and pensions.

• You will work closely with the Corporate and Commercial Real Estate Departments, assisting them with the employment aspects of a wide variety of commercial transactions, while remaining an integral part of the Employment Team.

Who we're looking for
You will be committed to a career in Employment law and ideally have an interest in corporate support work as well. The successful candidate will have a good grounding in Employment law and b well organised, methodical and able to prioritise workload.
