As a result of forthcoming projects with a small number of blue chip clients,our client is looking for additional site managers in order to deliver projects to the full satisfaction of the client, within programmed time, to the required quality and within the agreed costs.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidates will have a background of projects with values typically in the £2m+ bracket. This will include new build projects and substructure and super structure developments.
The ability to work with the existing client dedicated team on a nation-wide basis is essential. Applications from candidates that have experience in managing the groundwork's stage of a project would be of real interest.
A team player with proven IT competencies, planning and man management skills, you must be able to communicate across all levels both internally and externally.
The position will suit a self-motivated individual who is capable of being flexible as the position will be site based, anywhere in the UK. There is therefore a requirement to travel and lodge in the location of the site.
