As the Customer Operations Manager you will be tasked with overall responsibility for the Customer Operations Division, leading the division to best practice in customer management.
As well as managing the current operations division you will review the organisational structure and workflow of the Customer Operations Division, examining the performance and recommending areas for change or improvement.
Whilst the current structure is performing at a high level, the Customer Operations Division will double its operating capacity across the next 12 months to manage over 130000 transactions per year to maximum efficiency.
Your immediate priority is to recommend and then implement changes that will ensure the Customer Operations Division can continue to deliver at a high level across all its divisions as it undergoes an exciting period of growth and expansion.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment of customer management team members
- Involvement in decision making as part of the senior management team
- Training and development of customer management team members
Who we're looking for
Track record of delivery within a customer-led environment, ideally in a management position
You have current experience of working in a fast paced, multi faceted environment
Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure
Naturally innovative with a track record of excellent customer delivery
Exposure to sales processes and sales fulfilment within a customer service environment.
Hands on commercial approach with a relentless focus on best practice
