Reporting to the Finance Director you will be a key part of the Senior Finance Leadership team and work closely with the Board. With a team of 20 you will be primarily responsible for forecasting and controlling sector profit against targets and driving the annual strategic five year plan process. Other responsibilities include:
- Reporting and driving sector performance using the balanced scorecard, and ensuring measures are "owned" by the business
- Benchmarking results versus similar businesses, understanding reasons for differences and recommending opportunities for improvement
- Monitoring and controlling head office cost base
- Ensuring all internal reporting requirements are met, both within the sector and across wider Plc

We are looking for qualified accountants who can demonstrate success in consumer led businesses. Demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively across a large business, you will possess gravitas and personal impact and be operating in a fast paced industry. Commercially astute with a keen sense of business and technical principles we are looking for people who can inspire those around them and play a significant leadership role in a business that is continually seeking to drive high performance.
