Divisional Finance Director

Reporting to the Finance Director and operating as a key business partner to one of the Divisional Managing Directors, your principal responsibility will be to drive optimal performance across the division.
Working as part of the Divisional Board and managing a team of 30 your other responsibilities will include:
- Providing Divisional Board and managers with insightful information to ensure that decision making optimises performance
- Proactively reviewing and challenging operational effectiveness
- Maintaining an effective control environment, meeting regulatory requirements and controlling major operational cost and capital expenditure budgets
- In conjunction with the sector team drive the strategic five year budgeting and planning processes for the division

We are looking for qualified accountants who can demonstrate success in consumer led businesses. Demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively across a large business, you will possess gravitas and personal impact and be operating in a fast paced industry. Commercially astute with a keen sense of business and technical principles we are looking for people who can inspire those around them and play a significant leadership role in a business that is continually seeking to drive high performance.
