Based in the South West within commuting distance from Bristol and Swindon, the HR Officer will provide generalist support to the business alongside the team. Advising on ER issues as they arise, as well asdrafting contracts and letters whererequired, you must be prepared to turn your hand to really support where a need arises.It is an exciting time for the organisation as they go through a period of restructure, hence there is an opportunity to roll out new policiesand procedures and subsequently offer coaching toline managers.
Who we're looking for
The HR Officer will be a true HR generalist and will demonstrate the following;
• Able to advise independently on ER issues including disciplinary and grievance
• A flexible and pro-active approach to work
• Be driven by a challenging and busy environment
• Available to start immediately
