Reporting to the Head of HR Shared Services, the HR Shared Services Manager will be accountable for the management and effective delivery of a cutting edge HR support function. Key responsibilities will be to manage and lead a team of advisors and administrators in the delivery of accurate and efficient HR administration and systems, co-ordinate and support L&D and recruitment activities, provide advice and support on HR policy and process and support the wider HR population in maximising the quality of HR services.

To be successful in the role of HR Shared Services Manager candidates must be able to demonstrate the following key attributes:

• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Background in HR Shared Services delivery
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Pragmatic and consultative style
• CIPD qualified
