Reporting to the General Manager you will lead and safely manage all activities and personnel within the team to meet profit and service objectives. Working to develop their longer term potential through effective client relationship management, enhanced customer service, staff leadership and new business development.
Who we're looking for
You will develop and agree a clear business plan for design and construction phase processes, managing the process to optimise resources. Ensure compliance with SHEQ and manage to agreed business and financial targets. You will be able to identify and manage risk within the company framework and you will set and monitor team objectives, ensuring that staff development and monitoring is undertaken and promote a positive team culture.
A backgroundin managing within a street lighting or civil activity, you will possess the NRSWA Supervisory qualification and IOSH qualification or equivalent. A relevant management qualification is desirable.
We're looking for a strong leader who is self motivated, the ability to problem solve and be able to work under pressure and deal multi-task several issues at one time.
