An exciting opportunity has arisen in the IT Department at J D Wetherspoon for 2 Business Analysts.
You will be based in the Watford Head Office and working within the Projects team.
The Business Analyst will be the bridge between technology and the business, you will be interfacing across all levels of the organisation.
You will report to the IT Project Manager and be responsible for the delivery of specific projects, potentially working on numerous simultaneous projects.

Some of the main responsibilities of the role will include:-
• To analyse and define processes and data and to deliver solutions to business problems.
• To implement and maintain documentation standards for all business analyst documents produced.
• To liaise proactively with the business to ensure that it gets the most out of the current and future systems.
• To deliver assigned projects working as part of a team.
• Working with external suppliers which may involve an element of project management.

J D Wetherspoon operate a flat structure and this role will have the chance to expand with time.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for Business Analysts with excellent communications skills with a strong work ethic who are willing to contribute into a successful Projects team.

The successful applicant must have:
• A strong track record of using process driven, configurable applications.
• An understanding of business process improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrable experience of producing requirements documentation for client sign off.
• Solid understanding of the Retail / Leisure / FMCG Sectors.
• Experience of running workshops for defining business and systems requirements.
• Full project lifecycle experience across multiple simultaneous projects.
You must be adaptable and professional and excited by the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment.
