Based in the Hertfordshire Head Office & working with a team of internal and external developers, business analysts and the business, you will report to the Head of Projects.
Your responsibilities will include:-
• To deliver assigned projects on time, with the agreed level of functionality and within budget working as part of a team.
• To deliver solutions to business problems in a delivery focused and fast paced environment.
• To liaise proactively with the business to ensure that it gets the most out of the current systems.
• This is a hands on, getting things done role rather than a strategic role.
• Working with external suppliers to deliver the projects successfully.

Who we're looking for
As Project Manager you will be expected to show competency in the following:-
• Managed projects through the project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate on a 1 2 1 basis and also skilled to facilitate on a group basis.
• Systematic, thorough approach with strong attention to detail.

• The ability to prepare clear, concise and unambiguous documentation.
• To have a flexible approach to work and be results driven.
• The motivation to work in an independent manner, but also the ability to work in close harmony with systems development teams.
• Experience of formal project management methods, ideally Prince 2, and software development life cycles and approaches is a mandatory requirement.
