Working with an enviable client base you will assist a partner on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious construction-related issues. These will include contract drafting and approval, procurement, project planning and tendering, dispute resolution, adjudication, arbitration and litigation, PFI documents as well as professional negligence claims.
Who we're looking for
Qualifying in 2008 ideal candidates will be keen to pursue a career in Construction Law and will have sat at least one seat in Construction. Exposure to contentious and non-contentious work is essential to be considered.
