Working as part of the Group internal audit functions you will be responsible for the delivery of application support for the audit systems used by the department. You will also work withthe Technology Support staff and global IT support in the resolution of issues and non-functional changes.
Who we're looking for
• Proven experience of service delivery / application support within a global operating environment.
• Proven experience of supporting web based applications and working with IT departments..
• Management of multiple stakeholder sets
• Can describe basic activities and deliverable associated with functional analysis and application design
• Aware of major software, hardware or application integration initiatives and plans
• Production, enhancement and maintenance of Support processes aligned to an overall Operating model
•IT Project Management / Project Support of application enhancements or new implementations.
• Able to describe some of the risks and benefits of technology integration projects
Preferred Skills and competencies:
• Application support within financial services sector in an Audit or related control function.
• IT Project Management / Support - Definition of requirements, planning, estimation, risk management and implementation expertise in Audit or other Control function applications.
• Understanding of web based applications including specifically application architectures and the key principles around their structure.
