Convenience Retail

As an area manager on the Convenience Retail side of our client's business you will take full operational responsibility for a number of busy retail convenience stores. This includes having full accountability for P+L, staff recruitment, retention, training and development and reporting directly to senior management.
By guiding your Store Managers you will deliver the highest store standards in the demanding retail environment.

Who we're looking for
The right candidates for this role will;
• Currently bean area manager with a convenience / discount / drinks retailer
• Have a passion to driving a team to deliver the best store standards
• Be able to manage remotely
• Be able to deliver strong KPI focussed results in a fast paced, challenging environment

What's on offer
