The role will be to manager 5 sites in the Merseyside region. You will report directly in to the Managing Director of the company.
You will liaise with the Bakery manager regarding stock production and also deal with the various bakery managers in the region to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
You will be involved in both the Wholesale and Retail operation.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for the role will have the following skills:-
• A background in the Bakery industry would be advantageous
• You will need to be an exceptional communicator both written and verbal
• You will have excellent knowledge of profit and loss
• You will have an excellent background in customer service
About our client
My client is a family run company with over 41 years experience in the Retail Bakery sector. The annual Turn Over is £1.1 Million over five sites.
What's on offer
