Office Manager & PA for this start-up Property Development company.

- 8 people in total
- 95% of the time the team are out of the office

- The office space is new and still needs to be set up correctly not sure if it's a "shell" would need to be investigated. The space is shared with a separate office and they have a lovely facilities

Who we're looking for
Ideally looking for a "Jack of all trades" i.e. Office Manager, PA, Administrator.
-We are looking fora multi-skilled person with Office Management, PA and Administrator skills.

- Must be happy working alone, proactive, great initiative and thrive in a non-structured type environment

- Must be enthusiastic, confident, bubbly and down to earth with a good sense of humour (i.e. nothing too much trouble)

- Fairly flexible on hours

About our client
Growing development company with projects UK and European based with one project in Africa (development, due diligence, some design element and project management)

What's on offer
£35,000 (Base, flexible for the right person) + private health and bonus!
