The role as an Assistant Manager for the Retail Telecoms company is to drive sales and customer service on the shop floor whilst also assisting the manager in the day to day running or the business.
As my client is constantly growing in the Retail sector, as the Assistant Manager you will have aspirations to become an Store Manager within the group.

Who we're looking for
Skill required by my client are:-
• A sales background
•Management exposure Full profit and loss accountability
• The ability to coach and develop staff

What's on offer
Basic Salary up to £24k. You will also work towards commissioned targets and there are additional company benefits.
