As the Senior Operations Manager for this public body you will:
- Establish, manage and continuously improve systems for the delivery of casework targets, measuring both efficiency and effectiveness in terms of outputs and outcomes,
- Work with the Director of Quality and Standards in devising and implementing systems of measurement and analysis of casework quality,
- Provide suitable reports to the Management Board, the Executive Team and to the Head of Operations on performance

Who we're looking for
The right candidate MUST have:
- Senior management experience in the public sector,
- A proven track record of performance management for long term improvement,
- Successful implementation of change management projects in the public sector,
- Significant knowledge of operational management processes that have delivered business improvement
