The successful candidate will drive improvement in Supply Chain performance by performing both regular and ad hoc analyses, to identify factors impacting performance and how performance can be improved.
• To own and execute specific process and system change projects to deliver improved KPI performance.
• To ensure that current systems are maintained and available, acting as the key contact point with IS teams
• To work with product management colleagues to optimise product lifecycles ensuring excess and obsolete stock is used before the introduction of new.
• To identify excess stock items and manage these out of the business.
• To ensure that appropriate audit trails are contained in the procurement process for internal audit and performance measurement and that weekly reports on inventory, spend, service activities are produced as well as any other reports required by other areas of the business and customers.
Who we're looking for
• Education: Degree level or equivalent.
• Work Experience: 5+ years experience in Demand / Supply management
• Specific Knowledge: Excel, Access, MS Project, and Ideally SAP.
• Good business acumen and customer service.
