Deputy Chief Executive - Head of Operations

As a member of the senior management team, you will be required to:
- Establish, manage and continuously improve systems for the delivery of targets, measuring both efficiency and effectiveness in terms of outputs and outcomes,
- Work with the Director of Quality and Standards in devising and implementing systems of measurement and analysis of casework quality,
- Deputise in the absence of the Chief Executive

Who we're looking for
The right candidate MUST have the following key attributes:
- Significant senior management experience in the public sector,
- A proven track record of strategic decision making for long-term improvement,
- Successful implementation of major change management projects in the public sector,
- Significant knowledge of operational management processes that have delivered business improvement,
- Significant knowledge of case management systems both manual and electronic including electronic databases and their architecture
