Pricing and Valuations Specialist

• Responsible for the day to day administration of funds which involves completion of the following work in an accurate and timely manner:
• Review of work of specialists, checking completeness and accuracy of data input via control report mechanism.
• Review of fund prices and active investigation where fund price is anomalous as compared to determined benchmark
• Involvement in Performance Management process, contributing to the setting of objectives for specialists and contribution to development plans.
• Standing in for section heads as necessary
• Acting as an escalation point for specialists in queries over cash exceptions on daily cash reconciliations.
• Review of other non daily tasks.
• Ad hoc project work as required by Section Head.

Who we're looking for
• Detailed understanding of investment markets, good understanding of FSA regulations around collective schemes, good Microsoft skills.
• Either working towards or completed IAQ exams.
