In this role you will report directly to the General Manager to help take control of one our client's new restaurants in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with one of the UK's leading restaurant groups and join them at a time of great expansion. They have a proven track record of developing their people to more senior roles, and so,if you are successful in the role, you can expect to experience great personal and professional development!

Who we're looking for
The successful applicants will demonstrate the following skills/experience-

• Strong leadership skills.
• Good understand of Profit & Loss.
• Operational experience within a hospitality environment.
• A self starter who can cope under pressure.
• A passion for fresh food.
• Be able to demonstrate a commitment to great service.
