As Sales Office Manager you will lead a team of six internal sales personnel for a company who supply doors into the DIY markets. The customers range from national DIY chains to smaller owner occupied units. You will focus your team to deliver exceptional customer service levels and will design and run ongoing training programmes to ensure a consistency.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Sales Office Manager will:
o Have sold into the large retail environment, preferably into the DIY sector
o Have designed/delivered ongoing training programmes
o Be based in the West Yorkshire area
o Have the ability to increase the skill base of a team and recruit into it
