To ensure a robust supply chain with specific suppliers, whilst minimising working capital.
Key performance indicators;Inventory levels against target and service level. This will be achieved through detailed demand analysis, monitoring and planning with clear communication with other departments especially Purchasing, Planning and Goods in.
This will require the ability to select and apply the appropriate materials control techniques.
Who we're looking for
1. Manage the day to day with suppliers within laid down criteria.
2. Maintain & report delivery KPI's for products that you have responsibility for.
3. Produce and manage supplier forecasts and manage schedule of orders.
4. Coordinate imported material supply with US production facility
5. Liaise with freight forwarders for shipment and expediting as required
6. Must be an expert user of MS Excel
7. Preferably with demand analysis experience and ideally with materials planning experience
