As Commercial Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of Quantity Surveyors controlling the commercial aspects of multiple education projects across the Northern Home Counties and North London regions. The projects range from new-build to refurbishments and extensions ranging from £2m to £30m and range from local government frameworks to academies frameworks and traditionally tendered one off projects as well as university works. You will be responsible for the commercial management of the projects from the pre-construction phases through delivery to final account and handover.
Who we're looking for
You will already be working for a main contractor and have had exposure to the education markets. You may have recently been promoted into a commercial management position and be looking for the next step in consolidating your career.
