Supply Chain Controller

The Supply Chain Controller based in London will need to manage the supply chain from finished product to shelf face, including forecast visibility, customisation and distribution. You will need to achieve best in class performance in a maturing industry - effectively balancing customer excellence with cost and process efficiency.

To manage the outsourced components of the supply chain business, in particular the relationship between the supplier's and the business' core competencies.

To create win win partnerships internally, with suppliers and with customers and execute the operational activities of the team in order to achieve agreed business goals.

Who we're looking for
The Supply Chain Controller will need to be successful in the following area's:

• Significant experience in Supply Chain Logistics in a similar industry
• Ensure the supply chain team delivers a consistently high standard of service, which meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Manage and control cost of distribution, customisation and returns by customer.
• Manage, direct and control all major and minor 3rd and 4th party suppliers
• Manage and control cost of distribution, customization and returns.
• Highly developed planning and decision making skills experience<BR>• Working financial understanding to ensure overall control of cash management and inventory goals of the business are met. This will require ownership on the Supply Chain P&L.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency within the department without hurting output and excellence
• Manage the delivery of value drive and cost savings
• keen financial acumen and systems knowledge.
• Well developed skills in managing information systems with a particular emphasis on ERP Solutions and reporting

• Experience of Supply Chain direction in a maturing or declining market would aid your application.
