Reporting to the Operations Director, based in Hull, you will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record to date with experience in the Response and Void sector, along with planned maintenance within Social Housing. The role will require you to be extremely operationally astute and have several years experience of managing teams. The successful candidate will have responsibility of two branches with a combined turnover of £18m and will deliver repairs and maintenance and improvement works to 10,000 properties within the region.
Who we're looking for
The successful Senior Operations Manager will need to demonstrate the following:
• Experience in planned maintenance and response and void sectors of social housing.
•Previousmanagement experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Social Housing handling budgets in excess of £10m.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and use own initiative.
• Good communicator who is confident dealing with managing teams.
