Job Role
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Supervising all accounting matters including the preparation of annual financial statements, publication accounts, interim reports, consolidation reports, cash flow statements,
shareholders equity and segment reporting and any other financial reporting for allocated client companies (commercial companies, real estate companies, SOPARFI, SA and SARL.
- Experience with SPV, SICAR and fund structures would be a plus) under LUX GAAP and IFRS;
- Responsible for accurate monthly reporting packages under LUX GAAP, IFRS or any other international accounting standard (i.e. US GAAP);
- Responsible for the process of monthly consolidation reports under LUX GAAP and IFRS which requires a pro-active approach in planning, collecting and controlling all data from other TMF offices or other parties worldwide to ensure accurate and complete delivery before the setdeadlines.
- Managing the audit process;
- Managing independently his/her team in respect of planning, deadlines, data management, quality of work and collection of fees. Arrange for back up in case of absence and smooth transfer of knowledge in case of changes in the team.
- Day-to-day contacts with the clients“ local and international advisors such as lawyers, tax advisors, auditors, property managers and investment companies;
- Involvement in the intake process of new clients

Who we're looking for
Specific requirements for this position:
- You have a degree in accounting or ACCA qualified
- You are Practical and proven experience with the preparation of consolidation accounts under LUX GAAP and IFRS
- You have a strong financial and analytical skills
- Ideally to haveexperience in a similar professional environment (Real Estate Company, Trust Company, or International Audit firm)
- You have excellent working knowledge of the local rules/laws
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of French or German would be an asset.
- You have good management and organisational skills
- You are service oriented and a pro-active and entrepreneurial attitude

Ability to work well independently and within a strong TEAM environment
- You have the ability to communicate and interact well with clients and colleagues
- You have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- You are computer proficient with extensive experience in spreadsheet, database and computerized accounting systems
