Interim HR Advisor

You will be carrying out a generalist role and supporting the Head of HR. The role will include day to day operational activities, providing advice and guidance to managers and dealing with Employee Relations Issues. There will be additional projects including a pay and performance review and the implementation of a new HR system.

Who we're looking for
Ideally, you will:
• Be CIPD qualified
• Have employee relations experience
• Be up to date on current employment law

• Be confident dealing with people at all levels
• Be organised and efficient
