This is an excellent opportunity to join this global market leader as an HR Manager in Berkshire. This role will suit a commercially focussed HR professional who has had previous experience working in a matrix structure. With responsibility for one team member key duties will include:
• Partnering with the business by being part of the leadership team and play a critical role in delivering the HR Vision to support business growth.
• Driving change management
• Coach and develop leadership capability
• Act as a talent champion
Who we're looking for
You will be a commercial HR professional and will have worked within a large global organisation. You will be degree educated and CIPD qualified. You will have had a mix of both operational and strategic HR and will have the ability to demonstrate sound business acumen and commercial understanding. The ability to persuade and influence is key.
