Great role leading a complex change for a London based public sector organisation, as Project Manager you implement the programme management office framework
• The Project Manager manages the team to successfully deliver the project by implementing the programme management office framework. This position reports to the Programme Manager and is responsible for implementation of standardised processes, tools and methodologies to support fundamental project and programme management activities
• The Project Manager is also responsible to manage the day to day relationship with support functions required to deliver the project (IS/Group Procurement/Legal)

Who we're looking for
Knowledge:
• Intimate and deep knowledge of processes, tools and techniques to deploy complex projects

Skills:
• Proven experience of managing multi-million pounds projects
• Ability to simultaneously manage a complex set of initiatives in various phases of development
• Ability to manage activities and budgets related to relationships with multiple key stakeholders
• Ability to develop and utilise appropriate measurement tools to evaluate the ongoing progress and effectiveness of each stream
• Strong experience in programme management tools and techniques
• Ability to effectively communicate and establish credibility with all levels of the organisation
• Ability to work closely with entire project's team

Proven experience of:
• managing multi-million pounds projects
•delivering projects in excess of £10 million
•leading teams in dynamic environments (> 10 people)
• managing large size projects and their components
• operating at management level (Manager or above)
