Corporate Partnership Manager

By joining Plan, a leading international children's development organisation, you and your team will drive the corporate partnerships strategy with a key objective of increasing global investment in girls. With 70 years experience, a presence in more than 60 countries, and direct contact with over one million children and their families, Plan is in an ideal position to become the `NGO partner of choice' for multinational corporations.

It is crucial for Plan to find the right candidate to fill this important position so the location for this role is flexible. Plan has offices across Europe where the successful candidate could be based. This role requires considerable European travel and some worldwide travel as well.

Key responsibilities include:
• Define and deliver against a strategic plan which engages corporate industry leaders in significant and sustainable relationships that make a positive impact on the lives of children.
• Secure mutually beneficial partnerships with multinational corporations which would bring vital changes to the lives of girls growing up in poor countries (through investment in results-based programs, capacity building, awareness, thought leadership/credibility, networking)

Qualifications and Experience
• Degree level or equivalent experience
• A qualification in Business / Marketing / related field
• Proven track record of in securing partnerships (either from within the corporation or from dealing with corpora
