You will lead a number of project streams and manage the budget and risk attached to high value transformation. This is a role that requires excellent stakeholder management and the ability to lead management decisions and meet deadlines.
• The programme manager takes ultimate operational responsibility to deliver the business strategy by implementing the Operations Transformation programmes. This position reports to the Programme Director and is responsible for applying standardised processes, tools and methodologies to support fundamental project and programme management activities
• The programme manager manages the relationship with support functions to the programme (IS/Group Procurement/Legal)
This position reports directly to the Programme Director and overall budget holder.
The Programme Manager will:
• Manage a budget in excess of £50 million
• Manage a team of circa 50 people

Who we're looking for
- Current Programme Managers or Directors looking for a new challenge
- Individuals who can make transformation accessible to a broad employee base and deliver change to time and budget constraints
- Candidates who have either had a mixed sector background OR worked as a Programme level manager in a management consultancy firm
