This is a true HR Business Partner opportunity, working closely with the client base, providing a proactive and professional HR services. This role is reporting into the Head of HR. This role requires the incumbent to be proactive in the execution of HR deliverables and to adopt a focussed HR strategy to encourage growth in the business.
Who we're looking for
You will be degree educated and CIPD qualified. You will have worked as an HR Business Partner previously and will have the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.The successful candidate will have the adaptability to operate at both a strategic and operational level. Excellent planning,communication and influencing skillsare a must.
